I'm recruiting for a business in Cheltenham who are looking to recruit an Embedded Software Engineer for 6 months (may extend) on an outside IR35 contract.
Work involves development of C code on Raspberry Pi microprocessors for a ruggedized electronics application. You need solid Linux OS understanding and experience coding for ADC data acquisition. Exposure to designing ruggedized electronics for safety-critical or harsh environments is also needed.
Skills required are:
- Embedded C
- Raspberry Pi microprocessors
- Linux
- Coding for ADC data acquisition
- Experience designing for harsh environments/ruggedized electronics
Although some flexibility with working location, working on-site in Cheltenham will be required each week (likely 2-3 days but project/stage dependent).
