Know an engineer, developer, or embedded systems specialist who’s looking for their next opportunity? Recommend them to Circuit32 and you could receive a cash reward of up to £1,000 when they secure a role through us.

How It Works:

  • Refer Your Friend – Contact us and share the details of someone working within embedded systems, electronics, or software engineering who’s open to new opportunities.
  • We’ll Make the Introduction – If we’re not already aware they’re job hunting and they accept a new position within 6 months of your referral, you’ll qualify for a reward.
  • They Pass Probation – Once your referral has been in their new role for 3 months, we’ll send you your cash reward to thank you for connecting us.

Referral Rewards

Your reward depends on your friend’s starting salary:

Up to £40,000 – £500 reward

£40,000 – £60,000 – £750 reward

Over £60,000 – £1,000 reward
