I'm recruiting for a business in Warwickshire who are looking for an Electronic Design engineer with experience designing intrinsically safe products from board-level up.

The position can be offered on either a permanent or long-term contract (outside IR35) basis due to small company exemption.

Permanent salary = up to £65k

Contract rate = up to £60ph

Skills required for the Electronics Engineer are:

• Mixed analogue/digital electronics understanding
• Intrinsic safety design
• PCB design / schematics
• Ideally some embedded / firmware knowledge
• Experience working with ATEX / safety certification bodies is a big bonus
