They've got a requirement for an Power Electronics Engineer to design the power/energy systems across their product range. They make telecoms, security and robotics solutions for the harshest environments on the globe.
ROLE: Power Electronics Engineer
LOCATION: Cheltenham
SALARY: Negotiable on experience
Required skills for the Power Electronics Engineer are:
- Design of battery systems for real-world applications
- Understanding of battery chemistry and affect of thermal, shock etc
- Heat controllers, software integration and thermal membrane understranding
- General electonics expertise (PCB design, prototyping, testing)
- Full product lifecycle exposure
NB: As the large salary range indicates, they're open to Junior, Mid-level or Senior Engineers providing the right attitude and dynamism is shown.
