Description
I'm recruiting for an electronics manufacturing business who operate in the oil and gas, nuclear, automotive and industrial sectors. Having grown significantly over the past 10 years (and with some fresh investment into R&D) - they're looking to add a Senior Electronics Engineer to their team.
Responsibilities
The skills required for the Senior Electronics Engineer are:
- PCB design / schematics (any package)
- Analogue and digital electronics knowledge
- Some firmware in C
- Design for safety-critical / harsh environments
- Writing test plans & hands-on electronic testing
- Willingness to mentor junior staff / engineers
Beneficial skills are:
- Altium or Pulsonix
- Design for shock, vibration and high temperature
- Previous industrial / Oil and Gas knowledge
Qualifications
A strong background (industry experience or degree qualified) in Electronics & Electrical, Computer Systems or Industrial Engineering.
Job Benefits
- Remote / flexible working available, although some time required on-site each week at least.
- Discretionary company bonus (up to 10%)
- 13:00 finish on Fridays
